I love this shawl because I can use it as both a scarf and shawl depending on where I am. With a coat, it can be either and indoors, it's a lovely wrap!

Could you use Caron Siply Soft with this pattern? My stash is over flowing with a beautiful green simply soft.
Hey Lydia, Simply soft is a bit heavier than simply soft light so the shawl may be a bit bulkier and much bigger with the measurements in the pattern. However, if you don't mind a nice heavy wrap, you can try it out! :-)
